Age Guesser is a free, web-based age estimation tool designed for entertainment purposes only. The Service uses artificial intelligence and deep learning models to estimate a person's age from a photograph. All processing is performed entirely within your web browser using on-device machine learning technology (ONNX Runtime via WebAssembly). No images or data are transmitted to any server.
The Service is provided free of charge and does not require registration, account creation, or the provision of any personal information.
3. Use of the Service
Permitted Uses:
- Using the Service for personal entertainment, fun, and curiosity.
- Sharing your age estimation results on social media or with friends.
- Using the Service for educational purposes to understand how AI works.
Prohibited Uses:
- Using the Service for age verification or any legal compliance purposes.
- Using the Service to make decisions about individuals based on their estimated age.
- Uploading images of individuals without their knowledge or consent.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models beyond what is permitted by the license.

- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
Age Guesser's source code is released under the Apache License 2.0, which grants you the right to use, modify, and distribute the software under the terms of that license. The AI models used by the Service may be subject to their own respective licenses. Please consult the project repository for specific model licensing information.
The Age Guesser name, logo, and brand elements are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission outside of the context of the open-source project.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Age Guesser is an entertainment tool and does not guarantee the accuracy of any age estimation.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The age estimates provided are generated by machine learning models and should be treated as approximations made for fun, not as factual determinations.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGE GUESSER, ITS CREATOR, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
7. Accuracy Disclaimer
Age estimates generated by Age Guesser are the output of probabilistic machine learning models. Results may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to:
- Image quality, resolution, and lighting conditions.
- Facial orientation, expression, and occlusions (such as sunglasses or masks).
- Inherent biases in the training data used to create the AI models.
- Device performance and browser compatibility.
Age Guesser should never be used as a substitute for medical advice, legal age verification, or any other purpose that requires accurate age determination.
8. User Responsibilities
As a user of Age Guesser, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right and consent to use any photographs you submit to the Service.
- Understanding that the Service provides entertainment-based estimates, not factual age determinations.
- Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Not using the Service to harass, discriminate against, or cause harm to any individual.
